Swift, Dzire, Ertiga Fitment Procedure

kmpl GURU Fitment Procedure for Maruti Swift, Dzire, Ertiga

1. Physically inspect the speedometer for any screws or Locks. In this car there are locks on top and bottom.
   
2. There will be one lock on each side of the speedometer cover.
   
3. To remove the speedometer cover, push the steering all the way down by releasing the lock beneath the steering and now gently pull the cover from the space marked in picture
   
4. Unscrew two screws, one on each side.
   
5. There are two lock on top of the speedometer, gently pull on the speedometer. Now rotate the speedometer upwards to access the wiring harness.
   Note:- Don’t pull the speedometer all the way towards you, doing so can damage the wiring harness
   
   
6. To remove speedometer, unclip the wiring harness attached to speedometer.
   
7. To open the speedometer glass, gently pull on transparent locks on all sides.
   
8. Paste Kmpl GURU on the speedometer plate.
