How to Use ?

1. Speed Scale
At present, the needle of vehicle’s speedometer indicates only speed in km/h.
2. Fuel Efficiency Scale Reading
Needle points at speed (50 km/h). At this speed vehicle gives mileage of 30 kmpl as per efficiency (kmpl) scale.
3. Gear Scale Reading
Needle points at speed 70 km/h. At this speed it suggests that the vehicle should be driven in 5th gear to get maximum fuel efficiency.
4. Fuel Efficiency and Gear Scale Reading
Needle points at speed 65 km/h. At this speed it suggests that vehicle should be driven in 5th gear and it gives mileage of 29 kmpl (approximately).
5. Example –
If you are driving a car at a speed of 70 km/h and getting mileage of 26 kmpl. By using kmpl GURU you can see that if you reduce your speed and move into the green zone (as shown in the graph), you get mileage of 30 kmpl.
6. Example –
If you are driving a car at a speed of 30 km/h and getting mileage of 24kmpl. By using kmpl GURU you can see that if you will increase your speed (If traffic condition or rules allow) and move into the green zone (as shown in the graph), you get mileage of 30 kmpl.
