In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 52 read with section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989. These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
